Joel Salatin was the farmer in Food Inc. Theres a really great part about him in the book Omnivores Dilemma. Grass Farmers, hehehe i love it. Id like to know more about how he makes enough money to run this whole thing.
Thoreau spoke alot about our connection to the pastoral lifestyle. Almost as if we would burn in hell forever if we ever lost it.
